This app lets you browse Zevolis Bar & Kitchen's menu, place an order and see what is on. Placing an order here is the same as ordering at the bar: Zevolis Bar & Kitchen prepares it and you pay Zevolis Bar & Kitchen directly. The app never takes your payment.

Menu items, prices and availability belong to Zevolis Bar & Kitchen and can change. The price you pay is the current price at the time your order is accepted. If something shown was outdated, the till is the truth, and the staff will sort it out with you at the counter.

You must be of legal drinking age in South Africa to order alcohol, and staff may ask for identification regardless of what the app says.

Use the app like a decent human: no false orders, no attempts to disrupt the service, no scraping. Zevolis Bar & Kitchen may refuse service on an abusive order exactly as it may at the bar.

The service is provided as is during its pilot phase, with reasonable care and no uptime guarantee. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under South African consumer law. South African law governs these terms.
